Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped (optional)
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14 oz)
- 1 tsp chili powder or paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Brown beef in a skillet, drain excess fat.
- Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper; sauté until soft.
- Stir in diced tomatoes and spices. Simmer 10–15 minutes.
- Serve over rice, pasta, or with bread.
