Ground beef

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped (optional)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14 oz)
  • 1 tsp chili powder or paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Brown beef in a skillet, drain excess fat.
  2. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper; sauté until soft.
  3. Stir in diced tomatoes and spices. Simmer 10–15 minutes.
  4. Serve over rice, pasta, or with bread.

2. Simple Ground Beef Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade: chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder)
  • Taco shells or tortillas
  • Toppings: shredded cheese, lettuce, tomato, sour cream
