15 grams cornstarch
250 ml milk

2 eggs
100 grams sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder
50 grams chopped almonds

How to Make the 15-Minute Famous Cake
Step 1: Make the Pastry Cream
In a saucepan, whisk together 1 egg, 50g sugar, 10g vanilla sugar, and 15g cornstarch until smooth.
Gradually pour in 250ml milk, whisking constantly.
