Vanilla cake

Preparation:
To bake a delicious vanilla cake, start by preparing all the ingredients. Take a large mixing bowl and add the flour, vanilla pudding powder, baking powder, sugar, and vanilla sugar. This mixture provides the perfect base for your cake and brings out the unmistakable vanilla flavor.

Now crack the eggs into a separate bowl and lightly whisk them before adding them to the flour mixture. Then add the sparkling water and oil. For optimal taste and consistency, neutral oils such as sunflower oil are recommended. Begin mixing the batter with a hand mixer on high speed until a smooth and relatively liquid batter forms. Make sure there are no lumps; this will ensure a light and airy cake.

Grease a 26 cm springform pan well. Greasing will make it easier to remove the cake from the pan after baking. Pour the batter evenly into the pan and place it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius.

The baking time is approximately 60 minutes. It can be helpful to cover the cake with parchment paper after about 30 minutes to prevent it from getting too dark. Monitor the baking process and, towards the end, check if the cake is done by inserting a wooden skewer: if the skewer comes out clean, the cake is cooked through.

Once the cake is baked, remove it from the oven and let it cool in the pan for a few minutes. Then carefully remove it from the pan and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
